  • Multi-inbox, one attention list

    Connect more than one Gmail and see every obligation in one place. The Action Center surfaces what is due now, what is overdue, and what is next — never a bank balance.

  • Evidence lineage, not magic

    Every amount, due date, vendor, and renewal date is tied to a source row. Corrections update the source row, not a parallel ML inference; reversible dedupe keeps merges recoverable.

  • Reminders that respect privacy

    Default AI inference is off. The workspace AI-processing preference gates every model call; reminders run on the deterministic rules engine when AI is unavailable.

  • No bank login, ever

    Payment instruments are nickname / issuer / last-4 only. No open-banking integration, no PAN, no CVV, no OTP capture, and no payment initiation flows.

Obligations OS is opinionated about privacy on your behalf. The commitments below are hard-wired into the product — not configurable, not opt-out.

  • · Encrypted token envelope for provider connections
  • · RLS on every exposed table; service-role is server-only
  • · Composite tenant foreign keys; cross-workspace reads rejected at SQL
  • · Audit taxonomy with forbidden-key scrubbing at the database boundary
  • · No reads from user_metadata; identity is auth.uid()
